RedotPay Tips: Connect Local Currencies and Digital Assets

RedotPay brings local currencies and digital assets together in one place, so people can move funds the way they actually live and work. This post explains how our Multi-Currency Wallet and International Transfer features work, guided by real user questions from our recent AMAs.

What People Wanted to Know

In our two Telegram AMAs, most questions circled around a few simple points:

  • How do I add EUR, GBP and other currencies into RedotPay?
  • Can I switch between local currencies and digital assets quickly?
  • How do I send funds out to a normal bank or e‑wallet, and which countries are supported?
  • Is it safe and handled in line with local rules?

To make things clear, the team explained the full journey in three parts: adding funds, using them inside RedotPay, and sending them out again.

Adding Funds: Your Multi‑Currency Wallet

From the app home screen, you can open your EUR or GBP account, copy the bank details, and make a normal transfer from your bank. Once the transfer arrives, the balance shows up in your wallet and is ready to use.

From there, your EUR/GBP is flexible, not locked away:

  • You can switch it into digital assets in a few taps and use it for card spending, Earn, International Transfer, or your Credit account.
  • You can change one currency into another to prepare for future transfers.
  • You can send EUR/GBP directly to other RedotPay users inside the app.

You can also receive transfers from a bank account that is not under your name, which is helpful if you are being paid by an employer, a client, or a family member.

Sending Out: You Send, They Receive Local Currency

When you want to send funds out, RedotPay keeps the flow simple: you start with your balance, and your recipient receives local currency in their usual bank or e‑wallet account.

The steps are designed to feel familiar:

  1. Open RedotPay and tap Send.
  2. Choose International Transfer.
  3. Pick your preferred cryptocurrency and choose the local currency your recipient should receive.
  4. Enter the recipient’s bank or e‑wallet details.
  5. Confirm and send.

Right now, recipients can receive 21 local currencies, including USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, INR, PHP, THB, VND, ZAR, IDR, HKD, GBP, LKR, AUD, NGN, AED, BDT, PKR, SAR, MYR and KRW, with more on the way.

A recent update also added USD/EUR transfers to other bank accounts, so you are not limited to sending funds only to yourself. You can pay family, suppliers, or partners directly, as long as their details pass the normal checks.

Real questions, Clear answers

During the AMAs, three questions were raised by a few users a few times.

“What makes RedotPay different for international transfers and managing my balances?”

RedotPay brings everything into one place. You can hold or receive digital assets, then send them out so your recipient gets local currency, with clear pricing and fair rates. Local licensed partners handle transfers, and identity checks and risk controls run quietly in the background, so the experience stays smooth and safe.

“What if there are legal or rule changes in a country?”

RedotPay follows the rules of each country and only works with licensed partners there. If laws change or a route becomes uncertain, user safety comes first. That means RedotPay may adjust, limit, or pause that route instead of pushing transfers through unclear conditions.

“How do you decide which new countries and currencies to add?”

Before opening a new route, we look for three things: reliable local partners who can handle payouts, steady access to that currency at fair rates, and clear local rules so people can receive bank transfers without problems. Only when those pieces fit together is a new country launched.

One Simple Loop for Your Funds

Taken together, these features let you complete the whole loop. You add local currency, use it inside the RedotPay app, and send out local currency again. All without leaving the ecosystem. You can add EUR/GBP to your Multi‑Currency Wallet, switch into digital assets for card spending or Earn, move balances to friends and family, and send funds to bank or e‑wallet accounts in more than 21 currencies.

Instead of juggling several apps and services, RedotPay lets your funds move both ways, into digital assets and back into local currency, through one connected, easy‑to‑use network built for real life.
