We’re pleased to announce that we have received our first state-level US Money Transmitter License in the United States. The approval marks another step in our commitment to building compliant digital-finance services.

This milestone marks an important step in our commitment to building compliant digital-finance services and supporting its longer-term expansion in the United States. With license applications pending in more than 20 additional states, we are continuing to build the regulatory foundation needed to make our services available more broadly over time.

Our mission is to make digital finance more accessible, secure, and efficient. We’re building practical ways for people to spend, transfer, and manage their assets—and we believe that responsible growth starts with a strong compliance foundation.

“Receiving our first US Money Transmitter License is an important milestone in our growth strategy in the US,” our spokesperson said. “We’ll continue working state by state to bring more people practical ways to use and manage stablecoins with confidence in their daily lives.”

More than eight million people worldwide use our app to spend, send, and get more from their crypto, up from six million in November 2025. RedotPay has built a profitable business which currently generates US$180 million in annualized revenue and approximately US$14 billion in annualized payment volume*.

According to Paymentscan, RedotPay is the leading crypto card program by on-chain volume. Beyond card payments, users can buy crypto, borrow against it, and send funds to people or bank accounts, all in one app**.

With a team of nearly 300 people, we are building everyday stablecoin-based financial services designed to give users more freedom and control over their funds.
