Everyday habits to stay protected

Verify who you’re paying

If it’s a new recipient, confirm their details through a trusted source.

Avoid suspicious links 

Don’t click links in unexpected emails, messages, or DMs about “prizes,” “refunds,” or “urgent account issues.”

Keep your information private

Never share one‑time passcodes, PINs, or seed phrases. Even if someone claims to be from RedotPay or a “partner.”

Take your time

Scammers rely on urgency (“act now or lose your funds”) so you don’t stop to think.

Stay updated

Keep your app and phone software current, and turn on security features like biometrics and screen locks.
