30. For the avoidance of doubt, the existence of a Programme named after a territory does not in itself indicate that the RedotPay Card Services are offered to users situated in that territory. Unless otherwise announced, RedotPay does not and will not route RedotPay Cards to U.S. persons.

31. You acknowledge that RedotPay Cards under different Programmes may be routed to you by different members of the Group as required to comply with local Applicable Laws and such RedotPay Cards under different Programmes may be issued by different entities, which may not be a member of the Group. 32. The Group reserves the right, in its absolute sole discretion, to switch your RedotPay Card from one Programme to another at any time. Such a switch may occur for various reasons, including changes in Applicable Laws, your country of residence, and the Group’s operational requirements. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Programme upon the effective date of the switch. You further agree that it is your responsibility to review the applicable terms and conditions for your assigned Programme, and your continued use of the RedotPay Card Services constitutes acceptance of any such assigned or switched Programme.
